French classes are always funny

Funny.. But in french class, I said that I visited Quebec .. So the teacher was like, yea their french is different, I bet you found difficulties understanding them.

Me inside my head *umm yea yea, this is the reason why! 🥔🤔 It is not because I do not understand french to begin with* O.o.

Me out loud; Ah oui, c'est bizarre 🤷‍♀️ Je ne comprenais pas bien leur français🥔🥴

I took one year of French when I was in college. During the winter break between semesters, one member of the class visited a friend in Quebec and decided to practice his French while there.

When classes resumed in January, and he opened his mouth to speak, the professor (who was a native speaker from Belgium) almost shrieked in horror at his new accent! "C'est canadien! C'est canadien!" She actually told him that Quebec was the worst place in the world he could have gone to while he was studying French! 😄
