@Majorlatency Last decade it was reported that LJS was the unhealthiest fast food due to the thick salty batter and small amount of fish. I am old enough to remember when there was much more fish than batter with LJS. My hands would swell up after eating it for lunch, my friend wanted to go a few times a year when we were working. I never had that problem with any other foods.

@cherokeepatti Ha yes. Kinda concerning when your body reacts so. My brother broke out in hives after eating there once. Who knows what triggered it. Enjoy your day!

@Majorlatency if they have to dope up their food with mono-sodium glutamate to get customers to eat then maybe that’s a good sign not to eat the food. It not only raises sodium levels in addition to the salt but causes heart palpitations for me. Virtually all fast food corporations are doping their food with it. Chick-Fil-A included.

@Majorlatency I mostly cook at home now with trusted ingredients.

@cherokeepatti LJS and KFC do not use msg, my last job before I was permanently sidelined in December 2015 was a cook at a combo joint, it is not listed on any of their product packaging, I looked.
