Millions of people around the world drink commercial coffee without ill effects. Are there some people who are sensative? Of course. But this reeks of scare tactics. And let's assume for a second that it's true. Coffee grounds are immersed in BOILING water, which renders it STERILE. So unless you have a reaction that's more of an allergy, it's coffee with trace insect proteins. You are still far, far more likely to get a food borne illness from fresh produce.
