So anyone who knows me know I am a huge coffee addict and each morning it’s the first thing I reach for but the last month I havant felt like it’s what I want?

I’ve been drinking green tea lately and craving it if I skip a day. I think it is more beneficial health-wise for inflammation and in several other ways too.
