Fresh fruit, your favorite. Mine is watermelon blended with ice to make a frozen drink. Alternately, fresh pineapple blended with ice is really tasty too. They will cool you off quickly during the summer.

But be careful of the sugar free ones, they have the same laxitive effect that sugar free candy and gummies do.
