That's why you need a greater sample size before a better average can be calculated. Then the negative few will not skew the results.

@Maturebate yeah, Uber won't penalize users for bad % until there's at least 100 samples; this applies to acceptance, satisfaction, and cancellation ratings. Acceptance rating only applies to how many exclusive trip requests are accepted or declined for Uber, not both exclusive and trip radar requests. Unlike DoorDash, a low acceptance rating won't result in account deactivation for Uber, but low satisfaction (below 85% for my area) and high cancellation (above 20%) will.

@uikakarotuevegeta I've already gotten over 100 samples for cancellation and acceptance ratings, which currently sit at 7% cancelling and 93% accepting.
