NEED to know - Delivery Driver?

So Papa John's now charges $4.75 USD for delivery. I KNOW that is not a tip, and you are supposed to tip on top of that. BUT.....drivers.... do you see an of that $4.75? Or do you know why they charge that if you don't see a penny of it???

I know you all use your own cars....so why would the company charge the $4.75 if the drivers don't get it???
