What cookies were these?

When I was a kid my grandma had some white cookies. I think they may have had raisins in them and I'm not sure if they were home made or store bought. I only remember her having them when we were in Alaska, not any time here at home in Missouri. I have researched the internet looking for them. It wasn't the forgotten cookies. It wasn't divinity either. Wasn't any kind of sugar cookie. Don't think they were wedding cookies or anything with powder. They were soft not crunchy. They might have been drop cookies that were not perfectly shaped. I asked her one time, but she didn't remember.

Russian tea cookies?

I just looked at pictures of those. It wasn't those. These weren't doughy. But not like fudge or divinity either.

@swandfriends hmm, interesting. Were they iced or just white because they were lightly baked?

No icing on them.
