I made Sesame cookies tonight for the first time. Supersized 😅 Definitely happy with how they turned out!

Damn, you'd have to go years back, but I used to like drizzling eggplant in oil and salt and baking it.

@Lostpoet Sounds good. I grilled eggplant and melted Gorgonzola a few nights ago. I dipped them first in olive oil and Italian seasonings.
