What did you use? I usually use cheddar and whole milk with butter, salt, pepper, and a little garlic, sometimes a little white cheddar or parmesan to set off the flavor

Steak with mac n cheese is what I enjoy. Fry the steak keeping just a tad bit of water added for juice. Then add the steak juice in with the mac n cheese.

I’m making Mac & Cheese for the boy tonight. Also making beef-cabbage soup and if he is not crazy for it he will have Mac & Cheese for his main dish.
