Just got out of the hospital and have not had any alcohol, and decided to start eating healthy. Steamed some rice, chicken & broccoli, w/ a bit of seasoning and some unsalted butter and a dollop of cream of broccoli soup on the thigh.

*obligatory comment about red meat not exactly being healthy. :p
