I usually just cook up some sort of meat/fish and steam veggies... nothing fancy here :/

My grilled seafood medley Kel ... grilled shrimp, scallops and grilled crab cake ... have 4 different versions based on the saute I use ..
And how much butter / wine ... and the size of the scallops

One version is with BBQ sauce and includes a 10" baked potato

Then there is my margarita seafood medley, served with avocado slices

Hi Kel ... I know! ... I feel fortunate that I am an experienced with Scallops ... I buy mine at the Lobster House in Cape May ... fresh and HUGE ... Perfect for grilling ... a little bay seasoning ... real butter ... white wine .. did I mention these are fresh and HUGE ... bet these would give you a HUGE smile! ... size matters!

Italian food cause I' m from Italy. I prefer to cook: spaghetti alla carbonara, lasagna and melanzane alla parmigiana and spaghetti alla amatriciana.

I do a fair job at lasagna. I tried it once with zucchini, but it did not turn out right. I probably need to try it again.

Just about anything some one wants to eat. I have been cooking since I was around 14. I love making homemade pizza
