Coffee is very acidic. Too much of it is not good.

@jackson55: it is true but i just love it before and i usually like types that less acidic. it has some sort of calming effect

@charcoalboredom: I enjoy a good cup of coffee but I don't drink too much of it. Two, maybe three cups a day.
