I am never drinking coffee outside

I went to this speciality coffee shop and I thought to treat myself to $5 coffee, I thought it was fine it was early afternoon anyway and it won't affect me, the man made it so strong with three shots of espresso!!! even though I asked him for regular, I couldn't sleep the whole night, my husband luckily took care of the baby because I feel sick like I had the flu, I usually drink one shot so this one was too strong for me.
