Have you ever gone a few days without coffee?

It feels so good when you finally have one. I wonder why that is. I wish it were like that when you drink it every day.

I've never had the 'buzz' from coffee or any caffeine packed drinks 🤷🏻‍♂. I mainly drink decaf these days on medical advice.

@FreddieUK Same here, I don't see what the fuss is all about. I've decided it's placebo, same as herbal sleeping tablets.
