Tis the season for ..

A spiced pumpkin latte. Honestly I could drink one of these every day, but not good for the waist line. Anything with cinnamon is fine by me.

Do you make your own or buy them? I've seen healthier recipes using pumpkin puree instead of the sugar laden flavored syrups most coffee houses use. I can't recommend a recipe though - pumpkin spice isn't my thing. Hope you find one you can have more often.
