@saragoodtimes they stopped my PT as my range of motion was getting worse in my shoulder. Doc finally ordered a MRI and I have a tear in a tendon 😭
I see a surgeon next week…. It’s not a full tear so hoping just more/different type of PT to help me heal up…. I can’t believe how painful this is 🥺

@Miklee02 heal quickly. getting there with my hip. climbed stairs with Alan behind me yesterday. moving my foot side to side now. still a way to go before I can drive again
