I drink about 5 coffee most days.
I used to drink 3 liters of lucozade as well .
I'm on nicorette gum for the past 3 years .
I go through 105 pieces gum every 2 weeks.
I'm sober myself but the above must go off or else cut down on them .
I do everything to excess or extreme
