Favorite Cafe

Starbucks is kinda expensive so my go-to place is this vintage nook near my home...

I went here yesterday for a quick bite & drinks after my salon rendezvous.

A slice of cake was tempting, but I opted not to. No to sugar coma. 🥹🤭

I loved the kani salad & clubhouse sandwiches.

No, I didn't drink these, for my housemates. I sipped a little but too sweet.

I had a hot latte', instead.

yeah, am a coffee lover!

Looks lovely

I try to avoid the chains.

We use one in a bakery near us which has great freshly baked cakes and rolls etc and is terrific value if very basic in decor etc.

Another one we use is a chain but a franchise at a shopping mall again some of the muffins etc are baked on premises. The people who run it know us and are really lovely.
