Although I haven't had irish cream in a while I personally like Saint Brendan's. The critics think it's the best for the kitchen and not the bar however I disagree.
@Gibbon I use crème liqueur ( Bailey’s, Ryan’s ) when I bake and cook. At 17% alc/vol it needs to be used in moderation.

@soar2newhighs St. Brendan's is also 17% and less expensive than Baileys.
