Coffee maker question

Does anyone use the drip coffee filter baskets like this?

If so, do they work well?

I added to your other post with greater detail - but i use this

Its like a pour coffee filter (its for tea actually), but you can steep the grounds if you want, or just pour over.

@OogieBoogie I ended up ordering one similar to yours and a metal double-walled metal French Press like @AntisocialTroll suggested. We'll see which I end up liking best, but I'm going to get rid of the Keurig.
