what kind of coffee do you mostly enjoy drinking? and do you make it or pick it from the cafe?

I buy beans from a couple of roasters/merchants in Oxford. Every morning, I grind enough beans for the day - sometimes I do underestimate.
I have a small Gaggia espresso machine, which is easy to use and maintain. It produces excellent espresso. I drink this neat or diluted with boiled water.
