@Mbingh01 the gym is something I’ve always enjoyed. So I guess I’ve just gotten used to it and haven’t lost that motivation. I do feel better as a result. You should give it a try.
@TravisTx I know. I was walking every morning. But my boyfriend of 3 years died unexpectedly recently and I’ve been depressed. I know that physical activity would help, I’ve just got to push myself harder.
