Ever mixed alcohol with coffee?

Nothing new in this.
Restaurants in the UK were serving coffee containing a spirit at the end of a meal back when I was young.
Take a wine glass.
Fill with hot water to bring the glass to temperature.
Boil a kettle.
Empty wine glass.
Add chosen spirit
Add coffee and boiling water to glass.
Spoon of sugar in the glass and allow to settlle. Don't stir.
Take a teaspoon and hold it so the bowl is
facing up.
Slowly pour single cream over the bowl of the spoon until surface area of coffee is covered by cream and the black coffee beneath makes it look like a Guinness.
Serve.
Traditionally whiskey = Irish coffee
Rum = Jamaican coffee
Vodka = Russian coffee
Brandy = French coffee
And so on
