I like my Keurig, but

it would be nice to be able get a tin of some of their flavors for a regular coffee pot. Keurig is nice and convenient, but a regular coffee is great for filling the room with that aroma while you wait.

Brilliant Blonde and Wild Mountain Blueberry are the bomb. ☕

There are companies that make refillable K cups. And then the next model of Keurig changes so you can’t use one.
Then they change over to the new refillable design.

The amount you save on coffee is astonishing

@SatyrService I have a handful of those cups along with the mini filters for ground coffee. I've had my 2.0 for almost 5 years now. The replacement parts are fairly cheap when it decides to break down. $17 for a full assembly isn't bad.

I prefer to brew my own coffee grounds the old fashion way. I like the smell of coffee in the room when brewing . Not a Keurig fan

@Midlifemale Either way is fine with me. I also have a french press if all else fails.

@Jessmari How do you doctor it up ? Just black or creme and sugar ?
Jessmari · 46-50
@Midlifemale Just enough milk to cool it down a little and one sugar. Lately I'm been using splenda to cut my sugar intake.
One of the joys of making coffee is the aroma filling a room.
You just don't get that with a Keurig.

The flavors seem bolder with ground drip makers, and there's more variety.

Write them a letter or a tweet? Requesting a tin option?
