@MethDozer Light roasts are where it's at. Dark roasting is like cooking a steak well done. I love that you perc coffee it's so aggressively untrendy.

@CountScrofula I guess it's an aquired taste thing. You just gotta course grind the beans and watch it. There's a narrow window of brewed and ruined.

@CountScrofula I had one of those siphon pots and it was the gas but I set it down one day from the stove top and there was a little bit of water on the cutting board and it just exploded all over the place.
