How much coffee is too much coffee

When you spend all night waiting to go to sleep.... and it doesn't happen!

When you start getting all jittery or feeling your heart thump hard & skip beats.

When your throat gets tight like somebody is choking you😐

I used to drink 5 cups a days .
Now I'm at 1 or 2

When you can't stop shaking

If I ever get there I'll let ya know
