Do you think its bad to be addicted to marijuana?

Even if you still pay your bills and show up to work everyday even though you're high and still do as good of a job as your sober co workers. And all of your friends and family don't care n join you. If you do feel it is bad i wanna know why you feel it's different than being addicted to cigarettes, soda or coffee. It doesnt mess me up as bad as it does other people either. I can focus on anything i want to do
