Do you use hotel wifi?

Or open wifi at coffee shops and malls? Do you ever wonder if it is safe?

Hotel. I don't use wifi connection of shops, I don't need it when I go there and if I need an internet connection the one of my phone contract is enough

I use wifi at shops sometimes. It's not safe. You give them access to your info. I don't do anything important online anyway though. (Banking is a no...)

not usually shops and stuff. the last hotel i stayed in i used their wifi because it was a longer stay than just a quick shop/mall stop

@SW-User It is not safe at all. For instance anyone with a computer could get your name and room number with very few keystrokes.

@Arian get some Good anti Virus etc and IT should be ok. A home Router can also be Cracked easily...
