I don't - I drink coffee but more often tea; and occasionally chocolate, fruit juice or water. (Plain tap water, not expensive tap-water some factory has put into bottles with pretty labels!)
Though your question reminds me of once entering someone's office at work too see a curious calendar or diary on a filing-cabinet. Asking, I was told something like this:
"It's mine, showing my progress in cutting down on coffee!" encouraged by the others in her office.
She added that she had been drinking so much coffee that on stopping she did have withdrawal effects for the first few days.
