Negroni is my current go to 5pm cocktail!

1 part gin
1 part Campari
1 part sweet vermouth

Pour over ice and an orange slice. The 3rd sip is when they get really good!

I am a negroni obsessive. I'm currently working with cynar and irish whiskey for the amaro and spirit. Alll delicious.

@CountScrofula so you must like a good Boulevardier with Irish Whisky! I made one with Rye recently and really liked it!
