@SW-User Gotta prep the pasta before rolling and this was a pretty stiff dough
SW-User
@CountScrofula Alright. I guess we all have our different ways. :)

@SW-User The issue here was the dough was UNBELIEVABLY stiff so had to beat the crap out of it to get it in tbe roller lmao
SW-User
@CountScrofula LOL Would adding a little less to roll work better? Was this a different dough than you usually use?

@SW-User So my brother in law is a chef and culinary instructor and did the recipe and cooked it with me. He's not sure why it was so tough lol maybe the eggs were small or what have you.
SW-User
@CountScrofula LOL Well, the finished product looks good. Did it taste alright?

@SW-User Yeah! Also had a "Sunday gravy" style sauce with a long-braised beef shoulder and it was delicious. He's an exceptional cook
SW-User
@CountScrofula I'd say he's an exceptional cook since he taught you how to beat up the pasta dough with a rolling pin. lol I'm sorry... I had to make a joke.
It's really a good meal though. :)
