A can of Coca Cola

Every morning I wake up with a tight chest and hard to breathe, despite being on assisted oxygen, due to fluid building up while sleeping, a can of coca cola will help eliminate it as caffeine is a natural diuretic, but for some reason the other cola soft drinks aren't as effective as coke and coffee, and I'm not a fan of coffee as it gives me palpatations.

The problem with Coke is that it flushes important minerals and b-vitamins from your body, the phosphoric acid is what does it. I wonder if lemon juice and water would help flush the fluid as it is a very good diuretic as well.
@cherokeepatti I have tried lemon water, but it's not as effective as coke. I also have fluid pills I take when I'm out of coke, usually at the end of the month, but those run me ragged to where I feel dehydrated by the end of it, despite drinking a large glass of orange juice for the potassium, and the half gallon of gatorade I mix up for the salt and electrolytes.
