Do you still drink carbonated soft drinks like Pepsi and Coca Cola?

I get that once in a while like an year or so.

I got informed by the doctor the other day that it is believed that "Caffeinated" soft drinks are a major contributor to osteoporosis in adults.

I will stop the Coke Zero habit as soon as I run out of stashed Zero.... like a month or so.... LOL
