Here's an interesting scientific experiment you can do that will show you the visible effects of guzzling soft drinks. When you urinate at home do it in a plastic urine collection bottle that holds about 1000 ml (32 ounces). Fill up the bottle before you empty it. Over time you will notice a build-up of crud in the bottle. That is the residue from the soft drinks. Stop drinking the soft drinks for a week or two and start urinating in a clean bottle, filling it up before emptying it. You should see that there is no crud in the bottle as a result as long as you don't drink any soft drinks.

@Diotrephes They say for every can of soda you drink, it takes 8 glasses of water to flush it out 😬 I don’t know if that’s really true, just something I remember reading years ago. Wild to consider!
