@Rainandforest yes thats why i just try my best to stick to water...but Sometimes i feel upset and a soda can cheer me up alittle. But it does have lots of sugar. Its very sticky aswell because how much sugar it has... I love soda but i prefer fruit drinks. they have less sugar and are healthier than soda. But the best is water you also need fruit now and then because water doesn't have much vitamin just hydration. I make sure to drink alot of water first before i drink a soda or a juice. What drinks do you like?

@Rainandforest oh wow. Youre much healthier than me because i dont really drink milk and i dont really like tea maybe because i dont know how to make it properly... Tea taste too much like water to me i should drink more tea tho. tea is very popular. And i love juice too.. Im surpised you like milk. Milk is ok it doesn't have much flavor tho. Im also like 50% lactose but i can handle a little millk. I usually just drink almond milk . i know im boring haha.

@Rainandforest oh. very rarely the last time i drank was years ago. Ill usually drink if someone offers me to.. Not something id do on my own tho. Do you ever drink alchol? I want to try those alcholic fruit beverage drinks... Seen those drink when i was a kid. i used to think it was juice haha.

@Rainandforest really why? i never liked the taste of alchol. Its the main reason i dont drink. I thought maybe you drank alittle alchol since you asked. I dont like it either tbh.. I just like the drunk fuzzy feeling you get from it.. But the taste makes it not worth it haha. Thats good you dont like it. I dont really like it either. Plus it's not that good for you.
