Instructions on a box containing a Chocolate Yule Log. Would you have thought of doing this by yourself?

I went on a helicopter last year and as part of the safety brief we were told not to lean over from the back seats and attempt to touch any of the pilots pedals or controls.

Well, you see some folk these days, and wonder if yes, they'd be lost without such instructions.

Perhaps in few year's time the box will need be printed with just a QR-code: wave your phone over it and will squawk, "Remove from fridge before serving".

Reminds me of the instructions on the nuts on a certain airline a few years ago

"Open Bag ... Eat Nuts"

@NCCindy do not try this at home! 😳

Nope. Wouldn't make it into the fridge! 🤣

@22Michelle My point is on anything by law it's usually in fine print.

Most times you can't even read it without glasses. That fine print pretty much assures that it's legal language.

They really don't want to put anything that doesn't draw attention to the actual design of the product.

The wording is only there to look pretty. Typical sales technique.

You are not even supposed to know it.
Your mind gets drawn to the name, in large letters and gets stuck in your mind.

Obviously a expensive company to even have such a large so called instructions.

@DeWayfarer In the UK stuff like this just doesn't get any further that that 30 seconds you may spend thinking "I just took it out of the fridge to read this nonsense - who's serving it while still in the fridge? Who has a walk in fridge - and why am I thinking about this?"

Nb The Yule Log was delicious.

@22Michelle No doubt it was. Yet I'll bet you, you'll remember the name next year! 🤷🏻‍♂

No second thought even needed.
