I Love Chocolate
It's surely a matter of opinion what kind of chocolate one prefers (despite every attempt to ruin it I retain a small softmelted square in my heart for Cadbury's Dairy Milk).
The very best chocolate in the world, though (personally speaking) comes from Bonnat, a French chocolatier.
They, like some other chocolatiers, take the business in a decently French way; which is to note, just like wines and grapes, that every variety of cocoa, and every place it might be grown, has its own unique scents and tastes and ideal ways of eating it; that there are grands crus of chocolate as much as of wine.
Whenever you may, try this. It's worth the investment <3
