Vegan silk chocolate pie. Three ingredients on each layer. Look up exact steps on minimalist baker site but the general idea is: crust has dates, walnuts and cocoa; filling has tofu, vegan chocolate chips and the liquid from chilled coconut cream; the topping is the solids of coconut cream, sugar and vanilla. It takes an hour start to finish.
