1 Tbsp dark brown sugar 1 Tbsp Quick Oats 1 Tsp butter 1 Tsp cinnamon pinch of salt
Melt butter, mix with sugar, cinnamon & salt.
Place cored apple in microwave-safe dish Spoon quick oats into cavity, top with butter mixture. Nuke on high for about four minutes test with fork for doneness. Continue with 1 minute increments until desired softness is reached.
OR core apple, pour one cup of favorite fruit flavored soda (I use diet cherry) over it and nuke until soft.
