Fresh fruit and Greek-style yogurt - delicious, healthy and couldn't be easier. To make it pretty, choose fruit with strong contrasting colours, e.g., blueberries, raspberries, kiwifruit and mango or black cherries, strawberries, honeydew melon and peaches.
If you like it sweeter, add a teaspoon of maple syrup or vanilla essence.
