I understand what ur saying about nut to bar ratio. I have had a bar with 3 nuts in it. 3! My wife had the bar underneath and it was full of nuts. Gave her dirty looks for days after.its rolled out in sheets and spread out and it just the luck of the draw.
@Intissima I once worked at Nestle' making chocolate as a production manager. Each year the cost accountants would come through the factory and look at how to remove 5% of the manufacturing costs. Some nuts were always more expensive than chocolate and they figured that reducing the amount slightly that no one would ever know.
Guess what?? They are wrong. People always know when it is something they love.
