Crispy noodles
When I was a child my biggest treat was to have crispy noodles as a side dish with Chinese food they were like nests but flat not actual noodles. I can never get these anymore and wondered why? Many thanks

Are they the ones you put in hot oil for a few seconds allowing them to expand , a bit like popcorn 🤔
