I think I've finally perfected my Mongolian beef 😄😋

I really like the look of that. How do you cook the beef and what do you use in the sauce?

@GlassDog I coated the beef in cornstarch, then fried it on the stove top for a couple minutes.

The sauce is made of soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.

Also important is to fry the beef first, then mix it with the sauce afterward :)
