Ask yourself.............has cottage cheese ever stolen an identity? A wallet? A car? A credit card number? Has it ever swindled you in a business deal? Has it ever lied to you? Cheated on you?

@anythingoes477 that it tastes like garbage but it's always presenting itself like it's actually good.

@KentuckyFriedFloozy No one has ever died eating cottage cheese. ;-) Try it with pineapple chunks.......or peaches. Its great in lasagna.....instead of Ricotta.
Blend one cup of it it completely smooth.....add 1 cup of Self Rising Flour and mix until smooth and bake that for 20-25 minutes @ 375 and it makes a really good small loaf of bread. Add in whatever dried herbs you like.......and/or shredded cheese..........sprinkle the top with Everything Bagel Seasoning. In 25 minutes u have a small loaf of homemade bread.
Try different ways to eat it.
