@Justmeraeagain sharp cheddar and Swiss cheese made by an Amish cheese shop down the road. I also have Brie, smoked provolone, and mozzarella. I believe in a well-stocked kitchen, because we don’t dine out or order takeout. I’m the house chef, so to speak.

@Justmeraeagain Oh I’m all in favor of the funky cheeses. I’m out of blue cheese and feta, but I usually keep them in stock. My favorite grilled cheese hack is sprinkling feta in it, because it really punches up the flavor.

@Justmeraeagain I love that, too. A lot of times I’ll dump blue cheese crumbles, onions, and peppers into the ground beef and mix it in before making the patties.
