@phoenixrising Actually, my mother bought the Juniors Cheesecake recipe book years ago.
I borrowed it to make the Pumpkin Swirl Cheesecake, for the Thanksgiving Potluck at work.
It was amazingly good, everyone was quite impressed. But..... it was so putsy to make. I think I'd rather order one from Juniors in NY, then make it again. Really good though.

Also I only made one. It was gone in seconds literally. 😆
