What country as the Best cheese?

@Ferise1 Jarlsberg has a nice creamy texture and flavor. It also melts very well. It's also not as oily as domestic American Swiss Cheese.

Which Swiss cheese are they referring to when Americans say Swiss cheese?

@Ferise1 If you are in a market or eatery here in the US and order something with Swiss cheese on it, it's usually the American domestic swiss as it would be the cheapest. Jarlsberg is imported, (from Norway,) so it costs more here, but IMO it's worth it.
