Just Who Invented Cheese?

It's quite a complex thing, when you think about it. It blows my mind that it was invented and then that it is sooooooo delish!

Like....WTF? One of the best things in the world!

Our ancestors suffered of lactose intolerance.
Cheese made it possible to digest cow milk; especially hard cheese, because during the fermentation process lactose is decomposed.
