Hickory smoked. 2 kinds of Sharp yellow cheddar. 4 kinds of sharp white cheddar. 3 kinds of aged swiss. 2 kinds of pepper jack. An asiago. And a Parm.

I want to try my hand at smoking cheese one of these days. It'll probably have to wait till spring at this point

@SooperSarah Works better in the cooler weather. Low temperature smoke so it don't melt
@icedsky yeah I have all the stuffs to cold smoke it. I think the turkey will be the last thing I smoke this year though.
